Our SMD department has automatic screen printing. It also has two state-of-the-art automatic PICK & PLACE SMD assemblies capable of mounting components from the 01005 format to uBGA's and a SMT 9-zone TOP oven, plus 9 BOT zones, plus 2 Cooling zones.
